Great to have @handspring_gymnastics in the gym this weekend working a group through their Strict Ring Muscle Up workshop... This workshop focused on the following:
Range of motion and mobility (shoulders & wrists) as it pertains to strict ring MUs
Strength exercises to help with the MU transition
A few of @fi_brady7’s PT clients ticking off their first week in the new @thecubegym
