1. Pergi ke mana-mana pejabat imigresen / UTC.
2. Bawa passport lama dan ic
3. Tunggu nombor giliran.
4. Bila dah sampai nombor giliran, serahkan passport lama dan ic.
5. Ambil gambar.
6. Bayar.
