スティーン、ピノタージュ、キャプクラッシック、ステレンボシュのケープブレンド〜
この時季にぴたりとはまると思います。
料理はほぼ未知の世界ではありますが試作は順調にすすんでいます。現地では炭や薪でお肉やソーセージを焼いてみんなで食べるBRAAIというものがあるそうです。
