10 lbs.
This is the 10 lbs I gained (in one week. Hypothyroidism is cool) and haven’t been able to lose in 5 months time.
10 lbs is a lot.. but it’s also not a lot. Looking at this comparison, is 10 lbs really that bad? No.
Am I ashamed...
