《珈常午食》
剛運動完來盤自己煮的三色藜麥雞肉溫沙拉,真不賴!不過藜麥真的不適合拍太近,我怕密集恐懼症發作????哈哈哈
運動前先備好料,洗好小番茄、花椰菜及三色藜麥,藜麥放濾網晾著,雞胸肉切片後用喜歡的辛香料醃著放常溫退冰,運動約30分鐘後就來先水煮藜麥15分鐘,同時燙花椰菜、用LC條紋煎烤盤大火煎雞胸肉片,兩面快速烙出紋路就可以起鍋,剛剛好的熟度不會柴!對雞胸肉就會越來越有愛????但說真的~水煮雞肉我目前還是無法接受⋯????藜麥我倒是越來越喜歡了~想要開發更多藜麥料理????
