たっぷりのリンゴ????を
シナモンと蜂蜜で
煮込み焼き上げました????
アップルパイ????のような
クランベリーケーキです????

黒豆マフィンには
黒胡麻と練りゴマを
入れてます。
黒豆を味わいながら
黒胡麻の風味も
楽しんで下さい。
