夕暮れ時、散歩をしていると、秋刀魚を焼く香りがどこからともなく漂って、秋だなぁと感じる今日この頃。

塩焼きもいいけれど、たまには、洋風や中華風で、秋刀魚料理。

１枚目はワインに合わせて。
２枚目は香味野菜と豆板醤、花椒で四川風。
３枚目は、カレー粉と粉チーズで食べやすいカリッと焼いたパン粉焼き。
４枚目は梅しそでおつまみ。
旬のさんまは、焼いても煮てもおいしいですねー♡
