アドバイスを受けようと沢山のお客様がご来店。
ストレッチ方法や骨盤の調整法、ヒールフックが上手くなる可動域の増やし方など、、クライマーにとって目から鱗的な技術を伝授して頂きました。ただし継続しないと効果は出にくいので、地道にコツコツとやっていきましょう。
次回は8日の土曜にご来店いただきます。
