『梅ジャム』
朝食や小腹が空いた時のおやつに梅ジャムトーストでエネルギーチャージ????
--レシピ--
漬けた梅 15粒
お砂糖 75g
レモン果汁少々
①漬け梅の果肉を細かく刻む
②お砂糖、レモン果汁と合わせ30分寝かす
③中火で軽く沸騰したら出来上がり(焦げないように混ぜながら)
★アガベシロップや蜂蜜で漬けた梅のジャムは特に絶品
★梅酒で漬けた梅でももちろん、梅の品種を変えてみても個性が楽しめます
