白茶が踊る
白茶を作ってみました。てづみして、萎凋をさせて、天日で乾燥させた究極にシンプルな中国茶。一切揉むことはないお茶なので、自然に乾燥してそれぞれとてもユニークな形に仕上がりました。人為的には作れない形がとても面白く見惚れてしまいます。
気になる味わいはとても深く、なんとも表現しにくい滋味です。しいていうなら、白桃の薫りでしょうか。余韻はとても長く、飲んだ後の口内は薫りで満ち溢れています。無肥料、無農薬で栽培しているので、余分な雑味や旨みがなくその他の微量成分が際立って感じられます。もはやお茶を飲ん
