Vitello tonnato = dünn aufgeschnittenes Kalbfleisch (zuvor gekocht) dazu eine feine Tonno-Sauce mit Kapern und Limonen. Natürlich von uns (Domenico) hausgemacht und nur am Wochenende. Warnhinweis: es reicht nicht immer für alle. #piccolapausa
