Updated: You can now display photos for specific hashtags from other users using our Hashtag Campaigns. Read more here.
Following changes announced by Instagram in November of 2015, we have implemented various changes on SnapWidget to ensure the continued support of all the functionality our users have grown to love and depend on.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to get approval from Instagram to continue offering support for hashtag widgets. We will however still be offering continued support for user widgets as well as being able to filter your own user widgets based on a hashtag (available in the Pro widgets).
This means you can still display photos for accounts that you own on your website or blog with all the other added features that SnapWidget offers.
Twitter widgets are unaffected by this change, so you can still create widgets based on specific hashtags for Twitter photos.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us or if you are unhappy about Instagram’s change in policy, you can contact Instagram at https://help.instagram.com.
