Experimenting with a new salad. Lentils, broccolini, cherry tomatoes, pistachios and fennel seeds. The dressing still needs tweaking but is basically olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Hope to have a recipe on the blog soon. #lentils #lentilsal
