今更ですがゴールデンウィークに作ったトロペジェンヌ。
南仏サントロペの名物です。ブリオッシュにクレームパティシエールをたっぷりサンド。直径18cmほどあります。
トロペジェンヌ(サントロペのお嬢さん)と名付けたのはブリジット・バルドー。撮影で訪れたサントロペが気に入り、別荘をお持ちでした。
