今が旬の、剣先イカに、ゲソと豚ノド肉のソーセージミンチを詰め物として、白ワインで煮込んだ一品です。
カタルーニャ地方の郷土料理、イカとミートボールの煮込みを

しっかりめな前菜か、軽めのメイン料理的な感じです。
