【1314 太平海 純米吟醸 雄町】 私の大好きな酒蔵さんから夏のお酒が届いてます。 普段は渡舟で有名な太平海なのですが、こちらは雄町造りで、しかし雄町独特の癖は少なく、府中誉さんはやはり造りが上手だなと思うわけです。 原酒で13度という、旨味もしっかり感じますがサラリとしております。 協会14号の金沢酵母を使っているので1314という名が付けられています。 搾ってからあれこれ手を加えず、加水なしの原酒で勝負してこのお味というのは府中誉さんの手腕が見えるところ。 今後にも期待大です！ その時々で表情を変え
