恵秀会では、昨年より４月～９月の間、月２回午前午後に「留袖講習」を開講しています。
この講習は、現在の列席着付担当者、また将来ホテルや式場への勤務希望者が受講しています。
林代表は、平成22年第六回百日草花粧会全国きもの着付コンクール留袖部門・第7回武市昌子杯着付技術選手権留袖部門で共に優勝しており、その高いコンクール技術と現場でのエピソードを交えた技術を伝授しています。
昨年は留袖講習受講者から10名が第13回武市昌子杯着付技術選手権留袖部門に出場し、第3位を始め4名入賞しています。
