（有）恵秀会では、振袖販売のお仕事を希望する会員に向け、毎年「コーディネーター講習」を年３回開講しています。
コーディネーター歴３０年の坂本敦子先生から
「コーディネーター心得」「様々なお客様への対応とマナー」「衣装の選び方」などを学び、
振袖を簡単に着せて帯や小物を合わせるロールプレイングを行います。
最終日は、普段見られない「絵羽仕立て（仮縫い状態の振袖）」の着せ方を学びます。
講習を受けた皆さんは、振袖販売店やレンタル店で学びを生かして活躍中です。
