「猪すね肉と旬野菜のポトフ」
アクをとりながらじっくりと柔らかく煮込んだすね肉に、焼き下仁田ネギ、金時人参、紅しぐれ大根、ゴボウなど、季節の野菜をあわせてポトフにしました。
丁寧に煮込んでいるので獣臭さは全くなく、ジビエ初心者の方でも美味しくいただけます。
猪のうま味と野菜の甘みが溶け出したスープは、心も身体も暖まります。
