今年からヨガ スタジオ バクティを
スタートし、もうすぐ1年を迎えます。
仕事、スタジオ、プライベート、
全て激変の年となり、時の流れに
流されっぱなしな私でした（笑）

ここまで辿り着いたのも、
応援して下さった方々のお陰です❗️❗️
心より御礼申し上げます????♀️

来年は、今年1年激動した事を、
形に、そして深めていけるよう、
ゆっくり、じっくりと進めていける
