まずはAbū Dhabī。
初めての中東。やっぱり石油が取れる国は潤ってる。でもモールやモスクなど建物のすぐ側はまだ砂地(砂漠)だったりなところが多くて、これからの国なのかなぁといった印象を受けました。イスラム教の国なだけあってモスクでは服装の規定(特に女性)が多くて、ほとんどの女性観光客はアバヤという服を借りて観覧。アブダビはドバイよりも落ち着いた都市でした。
