静岡県社会福祉協議会主催の「福祉職のためのリフレッシュ講座」で、介護や障がい者支援施設で働く看護師さんなどとご一緒させていただきました！
日頃の疲れが少しでもリフレッシュできるよう、コリに良いマッサージや暮らしに生かすストレスケアを、現場での実践を通してお伝えいたしました。
