在我成為Vegan之前，曾經在一家日式無菜單料理吃到胡麻豆腐，就迷戀起那獨特的口感，沒想到在穗科也吃得到！

不愧是穗科招牌菜，依循京都古法，店家慢工48小時的手工自製，如果小菜只點一盤，我想就是選這塊豆腐了吧！

照片看不出來的，一口咬下，迎來的胡麻香氣淡雅柔長，不喧賓奪主，最精彩的還是口感，質地要紮實綿密，一入口有種意外的濃稠度，咬沒幾下卻又在口裡融化為無形。
