整理券配布時には当店の会員証の提示が必要となりますので、会員証をお持ちでないお客様は、3月17日までにPS店頭にて会員証の発行をお願いします。
会員証の発行は無料ですが、顔写真入りの身分証明書が必要となります。顔写真のない身分証の場合、健康保険証や学生証など2点をご提示ください。
