Flaouna an Easter speciality in Cyprus. A pastry containing mastiha, eggs, sultanas, mehlepi, sesame, goat sheep cheese (a bit like ricotta salata) which celebrates the end of #lent. At this watermill they use a sourdough technique mill local wheat. ??
