요즘 선운산야생꽃차는 목련채취가 한창입니다.
목련이 탄생되는 과정은
이렇게 털에 쌓여진 목련을 채취하여
손으로 하나하나 꽃잎이 다치지않게
일일이 벗겨냅니다.
온도에 가장 민감한 목련은 건조하는 시간과 온도도 꽃과 잘 맞아야 하며 환경이 안맞으면 갈변이 들어간답니다.
이렇게 하얀 속살이 드러나면 건조작업에 들어갑니다.
1차 건조가 끝나면 2차로 법제가 들어갑니다.
그 후 3차로 다시 건조처리를...
