ジップロックにお肉を入れ、しょう油麹：からし＝1：1の割合で投入→揉み揉み。片栗粉を投入→揉み揉み。フライパンに多めの油をひいて焼く。

付け合わせのサラダを作らずに、野菜は全てお味噌汁へ投入。
