Seated barbell shoulder press from this morning’s workout. 6 sets. 9 reps. 55lbs. I’m humble when it comes to shoulder workout - easily my weakest area. I wanted to throw in the towel after 3 sets, but I pressed on. ???????? Oh, and you can thank @samwith
