実は去年から味噌づくりを始めています。
1年熟成させた味噌の試食をしました。
まだまだ尖った味だけど、ちゃんと味噌。
今年は去年より麹を多くして甘いお味噌になるよう仕込みました。
1年、2年、3年と熟成させてどんどん美味しく、栄養豊富になるお味噌。
先の長い楽しみです。
