有人说，只要在跑步中找到乐趣，你就会爱上跑步。
当初我开始持续跑步，确实是为了渣打马拉松而锻炼。在这之前的两三年内也有断断续续参加过一些跑赛，很多时候都是在没有训练下直接去跑，固然可以完赛，只是过程不好玩。
如今渣打马拉松已经完成，但我已经停不下来了，因为我现在跑步不是为了 #享受，而是为了 #想瘦 :p
好啦，开玩笑的～只是希望借由跑步来让自己的生活更健康，更多精力去游山玩水罢了，不然哪来那么多文章分享呢？你说是吗 ^_^
