Last night I made papas arrugadas with mojo rojo and verde. I put 1 kilo of potatoes, 1 litre of water and 100g of sea salt. Boiled them, then dry fried the potatoes until wrinkly and salty. Yum. Recipe up soon for the whole dish. ???????? #travelandfood #
