終わりまして明日からの４連休に向けて仕込み中です????‼️ 明日の前菜には
幻❗️希少な❗️「月山筍」????をシンプルにグリルしておだしします????????
山形県の上の方にある月山という山からとられる筍です????
雪が溶けてから急成長するため、太くて、柔らかく、噛み締めるとどんどんと旨味がてできます????
手に入れるのが難しく、中々食べれませんよ〜
