韓国料理の達人のお母様から受け継いだお味。
また韓国人のお肌がキレイなワケ、食の大切さをお話しいただき、改めて「口に入るもので身体はできている」ことを再確認。みなさんにとっても刺激になったようです。
お料理は、ナムルや、話題のチーズダッカルビ、ワカメスープ、魚介のチヂミなど。
どれも理にかなった調理法で、とても勉強になりました！
