太陽の光を遮る寒冷紗を5日間かけました。
旨味があり、出もヤブキタの爽やかさが残る美味しいお茶ができました！????
改めてみると、この茶園のうねり具合がすごい笑
We harvested tea leaves.
We covered the tea field by black sheets that is to cut sunlight, then we can make the greentea that has umami.
