In order to fit today’s run in and make my physio appointment I did a run commute to and fro ????????♀️➡️⬅️ 2.5 Miles each way ☀️ Got a few nagging spots leftover from the marathon that @jeff_the_pt very eagerly worked on ???? Wish him luck at this weeke
