50% tuna melt Hokkaido-style milk bread ????. Soft ✔ chewy ✔ milky/buttery-ish ✔ Initially it suppose to be one whole loaf with tuna melt and one just plain loaf. They accidentally stuck together during baking ???? but I still like the outcome!
