雨の日は普段から持っている〝不定愁訴（はっきりとした原因が分からない肩こりや腰痛や頭痛など）〟が強く出て来たりしてなんとなく憂鬱になりやすかったりします????

今朝の空中リフレッシュフローのクラスでも
始めに体調をお伺いした所、肩こりや目の疲れに
めまいや立ちくらみを感じておられる生徒さん達でしたが、
レッスン終了時には皆さまスッキリとされた様子でした✨
