今朝の空中リフレッシュフローのクラスでも
始めに体調をお伺いした所、肩こりや目の疲れに
めまいや立ちくらみを感じておられる生徒さん達でしたが、
レッスン終了時には皆さまスッキリとされた様子でした✨
