キシリトールって最近とてもよく聞くと思います。食べ物はもちろん、歯みがき剤にも入っていたり、いろいろなところで活用されています。

でも実際にどんなものなのか、あまりよくわからないというお母さんが多いです。そこで少しキシリトールの事をお伝えします????

キシリトールは
①人工甘味料ではなく、自然界に存在している。
②砂糖ではなく炭水化物の1つ
③ガム等に使用しているキシリトールは白樺の木から採取されたもの
④イチゴやラズベリー、カリフラワー等の野菜や果物にも含まれる
