先日、姉妹店のYogaPlus横浜店と合同でボルダリングイベントを開催しました。
前後にはヨガを行い、80°,90°,100°とそれぞれの壁にてクリア目指し、参加者皆んなでワイワイと作戦を出し合いました。初挑戦の参加者がほとんどで、思うように身体が動かなかったことも含めて楽しかったですね！少しでも止まると筋疲労がすぐにやってくるという、素早い判断が必要になるスピード感、普段無い面白さでした！そして翌日。おまけの筋肉痛がついてきました。
