昨日から腰痛が再発致しまして、本日はこんな感じで対応させて頂きました。
落ち込んでる訳ではありませんが、この姿勢をキープしないと、何時動けなくなるか分からない感じでして。
盗撮ありがとうございます(￣ー￣) ブロック注射は嫌なので、コルセットと冷やしながら、過ごします。
ロボットみたいに動きますが、笑わないであげて下さい。
