季節を感じる紫陽花羹は、寒天に色をつけて涼しげに。
色の付け方は人によって濃淡が違い、それが手作りの楽しさでもありますね。
フレッシュなキウイも花に見立て、甘味と酸味のバランスが良い一品が出来ました。

もう一品の練切りは花橘。
黄緑色と白色を張り合わせ、2色の境目をぼかす張りぼかしが上手くできれば上級者！
