． 5月の「四季の和菓子を手作りで楽しむ」は、19日、20日の両日共終了しました。 和菓子が大好きな皆さま、参加有難うございました！ ． 季節を感じる紫陽花羹は、寒天に色をつけて涼しげに。 色の付け方は人によって濃淡が違い、それが手作りの楽しさでもありますね。 フレッシュなキウイも花に見立て、甘味と酸味のバランスが良い一品が出来ました。 ． もう一品の練切りは花橘。 黄緑色と白色を張り合わせ、2色の境目をぼかす張りぼかしが上手くできれば上級者！ ． 2種3個ずつを箱に入れたら、立派な和菓子店の商品のようで
