少し早いですが、6月分です????
香りは、フルーティでおとなしめ。お米の甘味を思わす香りがメイン。僅かに苺を思わす甘く爽やかな香りと ユリの様なフローラルな香りが香ります。
含むと、まろやかでとろみのある旨甘味。遅れて、くるくるっと渦を巻いてくるかの様に柑橘系の苦味を伴う酸。
中盤より、ゆっくりとふくらむ旨味。僅
