Al mal tiempo buena cara y mejor tarta. Esta es una tarta con textura de mousse que he preparado con kefir, yogur griego y vainilla y q encierra una sorpresa en su interior: una gelatina de fresa que se funde en la boca. El resultado es espectacular!!!! S
