《花菜干滷肉》
奶奶是客家人，非常擅長各式的醃蔬菜和把盛產時的蔬菜製成蔬菜干，其中花菜干是我最喜歡的味道，吸飽了陽光香氣，花菜就像變了一個人，味道口感更加深層有韻味。

以前冰箱裡很常見的乾貨，現在卻很難買到，偶然在超市見到實在又驚又喜，顧不上價格偏高也要買來一解嘴饞！
