ENTHUSIASM is one of my main intentions right now.
I love the word: it comes from the roots "en*theos": spirit within, to have god move through you
And I love the feeling: in flow, alive, inspired, charged up, on purpose.
"You can trust me..." isn't enough.
If you want to be trustworthy, show through your consistent actions that you are worthy of trust.
This means keeping the commitments that you make (no matter how small), over and over again.
