和菓子にウルトラ目がない私♡
「ときを渡る〜老舗の職人に学ぶ季節の和菓子づくり」ワークショップに参加しました。
練り切りで、包みぼかしや貼りぼかしなどの技法を習って、なでしこ、紫陽花、あやめを作りました。細部まで綺麗な形に仕上げるのは本当に難しい！でも、銀座菊廼舎の井田さんや、日本橋日月堂の安西さん、心庵梅むらの平野さんはじめ、和菓子愛溢れる講師陣の指導も素晴らしく、どんな風に色を出すかとか、形はどこにこだわるかとか工夫しながら、とっても楽しくのめり込んで、あっという間に時が過ぎました。
