すごいチーズの香り。少し柑橘の香りも。まだプロトタイプのものらしいです。チーズ感は、乳酸菌発酵由来のものみたい。味はサワーだけに酸味あり。ホップはカスケードとモザイクを使ってるとのこと。このプロトタイプはドライホップ1回ですが、本来のものは3回やるとのことでした。
