今朝は私が今年の頭に出会ってからずっとリピートしている味噌を紹介します。

味噌汁嫌いだったお子さんのために味噌作りをスタートした【あやこみそ】。
産地も全て記入してあり色んな種類の大豆に拘っていて味も、香りも、最後口の中に残る旨味も全然違います。

私は海外に行く際には小さい方を鰹節とお湯にといて持参して飲んでいました????????

大豆がしっかりのこってるからこさずに溶かしてしっかり頂いていま
