コーントルティーヤの中には、お肉の代わりにピントビーンズで作ったペーストとチーズ。こんがり焼き上げたあと、アボカドを乗せて2種類のサルサをかけました。
玄米で作ったメキシカンライスに、自家製のサワークリームを添えて。
