I have to decide on what to make with our first harvest of zucchini! I will probably make Ricotta-Stuffed Zucchini Flowers, that sounds pretty good. Definitely I’ll make fresh ricotta. Add some toasted almonds, parmesan cheese, basil, parsley and onion. D
